Leave of Absence Letters

Educational schools may require an official letter from dance school principals, if pupils require time off during school hours to attend IDTA dance examinations or IDTA dance competitions.

Two letters have been drafted for IDTA member teachers to complete, in each case please print the letter on your dance school headed paper, please address the letter to the Head Teacher or Head of Year as required, please ensure the dance school principal signs the letter and that the correct information is inserted as appropriate. In particular please ensure either the correct dance competition title is used or dance examination / qualification title.
